Check out the folks in Guilford, VT. They rallied to save their store and renovations are underway.
We are thrilled to have received two very generous contributions from Barnard families this week in the amounts of $25,000 and $20,000 !
And while we love to see these large checks
(keep ’em coming)
please know we appreciate the smaller donations in the store at coffee hour, checks in the mail, and online donations that have come in from nearly 200 families and individuals in the last two weeks.
Our total fundraising for this first month is rapidly approaching $100,000.
Thank You Barnard and Friends of the BGS everywhere.
There will be a meeting to discuss the issues surrounding the closing and resurrection of the Barnard General Store at Town Hall tonight, July 9th at 7PM.
